 The same tune was playing prominently in the program organized on Kargil Vijay Diwas at Kargil Park Biharsharif today.  On 26 July 1999, by waving the tricolor on the tops of Kargil, the brave sons of India had won by showing indomitable courage, in honor of Kargil Vijay, a program was organized today to pay tribute to them and this program was done from 38 Bihar Battalion NCC Bihar  The program was presided over by Colonel Rajiv Bansal, Commanding Officer of 38 Bihar Battalion.  Munni Devi, Ardhangini of Nalanda's son Hardev Prasad, who was martyred in Kargil as chief guest, Brigadier Kumar Virendra, Commandant of CRPF Cantt Rajgir, Mayor Bina Devi Municipal Commissioner Anshul Agarwal, Principal of Sardar Patel Memorial College Dr Jitendra Rajak, Deputy Superintendent of Police Traffic  Arun Kumar Singh, etc.  First of all, all the guests paid tribute to the martyrs by paying floral tributes at the War Memorial, after that celebrated the 22nd Kargil Vijay Diwas by cutting a cake and saluted the brave sons of India for their valor and sacrifices.  After that planted a tree and gave the message of peace.  Brigadier Kumar Virendra, Mayor Bina Devi, Commanding Officer Rajeev Bansal, Municipal Commissioner Anshul Aggarwal presented body clothes, insignia, bouquets, sweets and pictures of Kargil hero Hardev Prasad to Veer Nari Munni Devi.  Addressing the cadets, Brigadier Kumar Virendra said that if we are sleeping peacefully today, then it goes to the Indian Army.  gives answer.  While giving the vote of thanks, Commanding Officer Colonel Rajiv Bansal said that the Indian Army has no match, the heroic saga of the Indian Army is sung all over the world.

 

 In this war 527 Indian Army Veergati were received, four Param Vir Chakras, 9 Mahavir Chakras, 5520 Chakras and Sena Medals were awarded to all the brave soldiers.
