KhabreTv: 9334598481 : Sainik School Nalanda located at  Nanand village, organized the event  'Ek Tareekh, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath'  under the  'Swachchata HI Seva' campaign  at  Dharhara Panchayat Building on 1st  Oct 2023. The programme commenced at 1000 hrs with the arrival of Captain  (Indian  Navy) Naveen Krishna Chandra , Principal, at the event venue. Subsequently, Shrimati Rinku Devi, the head of Dharhara Panchayat, extended a warm welcome.







On the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi , the 'Cleanliness and Drinking Water Department' under Ministry of Jal Shakti (Government of India), has organized nationwide Cleanliness Fortnight  from September 15th to October 2nd. Under this campaign, various activities are being organized by the cadets, teachers and staff of Sainik School Nalanda. The School has collaborated with the rural population to conduct a cleanliness drive and raise awareness about cleanliness.

In his address, Captain (Indian Navy) Naveen Krishna Chandra , Principal said that Mahatma Gandhi was not just a mass  leader of India but an exceptional global icon with multifaceted personality. To commemorate his 154th birth anniversary and offer him a ‘Swachhanjali’, we must commit ourselves to create a litter-free surrounding and healthy environment around us. This campaign will culminate with a ceremony on occasion of forthcoming Gandhi Jayanti on 02 Oct.
