Khabre TV: 9334598481: On the occasion of the consecration ceremony of Lord Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, District Magistrate Mr. Shashank Subhankar and Superintendent of Police Mr. Ashok Mishra held a meeting through video conferencing on Saturday evening to maintain normal law and order in the district.

 For organizing any public function, it will be mandatory for the organizers to obtain prior approval on the basis of compliance with the conditions prescribed as per the provisions in effect for the previous Durga Puja and other festivals.  Use of DJ in any function is strictly prohibited, this has to be followed by the organizers of any public function.

 Instructions were given to convene local peace committee meetings at all police station levels.  All police station in-charges and sub-divisional officers were instructed to ensure preventive action against anti-social elements under relevant sections.  Instructions were given to all the Block Development Officers, Circle Officers and Police Station Incharges to conduct flag march in all the police station areas.

 Magistrate police officers have been deputed at all important places by joint order.  All officials have been asked to always remain alert and alert.  From law and order point of view, magistrates, police officers and police forces have been specially deputed at sensitive places.  Instructions were given to maintain special vigilance in these areas.

 Social media is also being closely monitored.  Immediate action will be taken against those posting any kind of rumourous/objectionable posts.

 Municipal Commissioner Bihar Sharif and all the sub-divisional officers, sub-divisional police officers, block development officers, zonal officers and police station in-charges were involved in the meeting through video conferencing.
