 Khabre TV - 9334598481 - Bureau Report - A press conference was organized by the doctors of IMA at IMA Hall, Bihar Sharif.  In which he told that the incident that happened in the past, the circumstances in which the death of Dr. Archana Sharma, a gynecologist Lalsot district Dausa, Rajasthan, was done by the local police and administration, ignoring the guidelines of the Supreme Court.  A case was registered against Dr. Archana Sharma under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and also mentally tortured by family members by local political tax.  

After which the doctor surrendered himself to death, in this sequence, this incident is heartbreaking for the doctors of IMA Biharsharif along with the whole country, and such an incident should not happen again with the doctors that I am carrying.  Some demands have been made from A's side such as :-

1 At the earliest, the officers of the police administration responsible for abetting the suicide should be arrested and appropriate legal action should be taken.

  2 Dr. Archana Sharma's family should be ensured proper compensation, justice and security at the earliest.

 3 The law to stop violence against 3 doctors should be made strictest, which is applicable all over India.

 4 Before registering a case against 4 doctors, the guidelines of the Supreme Court should be followed completely, only after the opinion of the expert committee concerned, any conclusion should be reached, otherwise the strictest law should be made against the guilty officers of the police administration.

  5 Medical profession should be kept out of consumer protection act

  6 Indian Penal Code IPC sections should be changed so that criminal cases are not registered against doctors.
