Khabre tv :9334598481 :  The closing ceremony of the Inter-House Annual Sports Competition for the academic session 2024-25 was held at Sainik School Nalanda on 18 April 24. Captain (Indian Navy) Naveen Krishna Chandra, Principal, graced the occasion as the chief guest and felicitated the winners with medals, certificates and trophies. The competition, which kicked off on April 9, 2024, saw the enthusiastic participation of 328 cadets representing their respective houses in Football (Senior/Junior), Volleyball, Hockey and  Basketball (Boys/Girls).




Siddharth House won Inter House Sub Junior football and Volleyball Championship while Ajatashatru House clinched Inter House Hockey and Basketball (boys category) Trophies. Mahavira House won Inter House Senior Football Championship whereas Ashok House secured 1st position in basketball (girls category). Ajatashatru House emerged as the overall winner for the academic session 2024-25, based on their outstanding performance throughout the tournament.




The closing ceremony, held at Sheo Mewalal Stadium (Sports Complex), commenced with the arrival of Principal Captain (Indian Navy) Naveen Krishna Chandra. In his address, he lauded the cadets for their dedication and emphasized the invaluable role of sports in fostering discipline, leadership, and teamwork. He urged the cadets to excel in the upcoming group level competition, aiming to bring laurels to Sainik School Nalanda.

On this occasion, the posted officers, teachers, students and all the staff of the school were present.
