(KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - Nalanda District Officer Yogendra Singh reviewed the implementation of various schemes in Hardev Bhawan Auditorium today.
Riding vehicles have been purchased by about 250 beneficiaries through the transport fair organized at the subdivision level under the Chief Minister Rural Transport Scheme. In all cases, the concerned agency was directed to ensure prompt payment of grant amount.
The Pollution Detection Center is being approved in each block by the Transport Department. So far, applicants have been approved for the Pollution Testing Center in 13 blocks. The District Magistrate also received an application for other blocks and directed the District Transport Officer to ensure action for setting up a pollution investigation center.
Action is being taken to set up a pollution checkup center at all the vehicle service centers in the district. In the district, 18 service centers have been identified for this. In the light of departmental instructions, it was instructed to identify suitable sites for making bus stops in each panchayat.
In order of review of the Education Department, it was found that the final merit list has not been uploaded on the website by some panchayat planning units related to Panchayat teacher planning. In most of the blocks, the final merit list has been uploaded on the website by 100% planning units. For the Panchayat planning units which have not uploaded the list, the concerned Block Development Officer has been directed to upload it without any delay. Regarding not uploading the final merit list in some panchayats of Nagarnausa block, the District Magistrate asked the Block Development Officer Nagarnausa to ask for clarification and blocked salary withdrawal. Due to the absence of the meeting, the Block Development Officer of Harnaut was asked to clarify, asking for clarification.
In order to review the health department, all the block development officers were instructed to send the report of the meeting of the block level Kovid task force. Instructions were given to all Block Development Officers to ensure regular review of the work of making the golden card.

Instructions were also given to ensure prompt payment in all eligible cases under the Chief Minister Family Benefit Scheme.
Instructions were given to all Block Development Officers to ensure speedy execution of all pending cases of Social Security pension.
It was asked to ensure the operation of RTPS counters in the blocks with complete transparency. On receipt of information about illegal work being done by a deputed executive assistant at any RTPS counter, he was directed to send a proposal for immediate dismissal. Otherwise action will be taken against the concerned Block Development Officer.
Instructions were given to all electoral registration officials to ensure that all claims and objections received under the special brief revision program of the voter list are fixed within the time limit. Instructions were given to all Block Development Officers to ensure action for all types of preparations for Panchayat elections. All polling stations were asked to ensure 100% physical verification.
The election of the president and executive of 18 packs of 12 blocks of the district is scheduled in February. It was also directed to ensure all necessary preparations in time.
Digital entry of service book of all personnel is being done under HRMS system. In Parwalpur block this work has been done 100 percent. Other Block Development Officers were also directed to complete it expeditiously.
Special emphasis was given to complete the construction work under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. Due to unsatisfactory progress in the last one month, Block Development Officer Rajgir was asked to ask for clarification and blocked salary withdrawal.
Instructions were directed to ensure that the selected beneficiaries are paid the installment amount as per the target set under the Chief Minister Rural Housing Scheme. Under the Chief Minister Housing Place Purchase Scheme, all the identified families were directed to ensure the purchase of habitat.
All the Block Development Officers were directed to ensure on-site inspection of the functioning Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan of their block on every Thursday. The construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan under construction was asked to complete the work fast.
Instructions were given to complete the completion of 114 community toilets under construction under Lohia Swachh Bihar campaign.
Under the Bihar Public Grievances Redressal Rights Act, the concerned public authority officials were compulsorily directed to attend.
