Khabre TV : 9334598481 : Er Shiv Kumar Report : On the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, Legal Services Day was organized in the auditorium of District Legal Services Authority in Behavioral Court of Bihar Sharif.




 It was inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge Hasamuddin Ansari.  On this occasion Anganwadi Sevika and Jeevika Didis were told in detail about the functions of Legal Services Authority.




 On this occasion, the District and Sessions Judge said that the purpose of Legal Services Day is to make people aware of providing legal aid to the weaker and deprived sections of the society.  Also, this day is celebrated to ensure that all citizens have access to a fair, fair and accessible justice system.




 He said that a target has been set to execute maximum number of cases in the Lok Adalat held on November 12.  In addition, various conciliatory matters will be dealt with.  He said that through the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda, a mobile Lok Adalat camp would be organized in all the three sub-divisions of Nalanda from November 17 to 19.




 The cases related to bank loan, civil, compensation related to accident, criminal (except heinous crime) etc. will be disposed of on the same day at the camp site at an accelerated pace through the Mobile Lok Adalat.  The cases will be settled through mutual conciliation, arbitration without any judicial fee.  All the judicial officers were present on this occasion.
