 Regarding the organization of Prakash Parv, the District Magistrate held a meeting with the senior / nodal and deputed officials of various cells.



 All the officials are directed to go to their place of deputation and maintain coordination.







KHABRE TV : 9334598481 : Er.Shubham's riport :  The 554 th Prakash Parv Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev Ji is being organized at Gurdwara Shri Nanak Sheetal Kund Rajgir in the period from 3rd to 5th November.

 On the occasion of this mega event, the arrival of the batch of servicemen is starting from today itself.  Arrangements have been made for their accommodation in the Emperor Ashoka Bhawan.  Arrangements have been made for the accommodation of women servicemen in two hotels.

 There will be arrival of devotees/sangat coming from country and abroad from October 31. Arrangements have been made by the organizers for their accommodation in various hotels.




 Help desks will be functional 24 hours at all the residential places. In this, Magistrates, Police Officers and Medical Officers have been deputed in three different shifts.

 Shuttle bus service has been arranged by the Transport Department for the devotees coming from Patna.  For parking of large vehicles, a parking lot has been earmarked in front of the gurudwara and for small vehicles.

 About 150 e-rickshaws have been arranged free of cost for the pilgrims to travel from the place of residence to and from the Gurudwara.  This arrangement will be available 24 hours a day in three different shifts.  Identity cards are also being given to all e-rickshaw drivers.  They have also been briefed separately.




 District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar held a meeting with the senior and nodal officers of all the cells constituted for the event of Prakash Parv in the mini auditorium of RICC and all the officials who have been deputed for various responsibilities.

 All the officers were given detailed information about their duties.  Told about "what to do, what not to do".

 It was asked to ensure the display of adequate signage at all the residential places and other important places.

 Personnel Welfare Cell has been constituted for the arrangement of food etc. to all the deputed officers at their duty place.

 The Civil Surgeon was instructed to ensure deputation of Advance Life Support Ambulances at Gurdwara and all other designated accommodation places.  ICU is being made functional in sub-divisional hospital Rajgir.  Along with this, Bhagwan Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri has been directed to remain in ready condition for 24 hours.

 District level control room and media center is being built in front of the Gurudwara.

 After the meeting, all the deputation officials were directed to go to their respective deputation places and coordinate with all the members of the team.




 A booklet of the comprehensive communication plan has been made available to all the nodal officers.  In which the mobile numbers of the officials responsible for various responsibilities are compiled.

 After the meeting, the District Magistrate visited the Gurudwara complex and Emperor Ashok Bhawan and inspected the arrangements.

 On this occasion Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, Additional Collector, In-charge of Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewa Jatha Inderjit Singh, Superintendent of Bhagwan Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Principal of Medical College, Civil Surgeon, Sub-Divisional Officer Rajgir, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rajgir and various district level  Officers, other officials deputed were present.
