Zones are ranked by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department based on online services provided by all the zones.
In the ranking of October month, Parwalpur zone of Nalanda district has got 70th rank in the state, which is the highest among all the districts of the district. The District Officer directed all the Zonal Officers to bring the required improvement in ranking by speeding up the execution of online services.
In some circles, the expected ranking has not been achieved even due to the cases not being uploaded online. The District Officer directed to immediately ensure online entry of all such executed cases.
Instructions were also given to expedite online recovery of land rent. For this, people were asked to become aware and motivated.
All the Land Reforms Deputy Collector were asked to ensure regular inspection of light and zone. The hearing of the appeal suit related to the dismissal was also expedited.
Instructions were given to all sub-divisional officers, land reforms sub-collector and sub-divisional police officers to ensure regular hearing of the matters related to land dispute on Wednesday, two days of every month at all subdivision levels.
All the Zonal Officers were directed to ensure the required action within the stipulated time frame in pending cases related to the court, human rights etc.
Additional District Collectors, all Sub-Divisional Officers, Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sub-Divisional Police Officers and Zonal Officers of various zones were present in the meeting.
