 One repair gang has been deployed for each block for the repair of hand pumps.
 Today Nalanda District Magistrate Shashank Shubhankar flagged off the repairing gang.




 KHABRE TV - 9334598481 - Shubham's Report - In the coming summer season, there should be no inconvenience to the people regarding drinking water, for this purpose, one team for each block for repair of handpumps by Public Health Engineering Department  ..



A total of 20 teams have been deployed. District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar today flagged off the vehicles of the Repair Team (Gang) from the Collectorate premises. Each gang has 4 to 5 technically knowledgeable personnel.



 A separate vehicle has been provided to the repairing gang for each block.  The personnel of the repair team will visit various panchayats of the respective block and ensure the repair of handpumps found to be defective and repairable.

 After the repair, the social certificate related to the repair work will also be obtained from the local representatives.



 District Magistrate Shashank Shubhankar has asked the Executive Engineer, Ramashankar Singh PHED to ensure continuous monitoring of the repair works.

 On this occasion Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Executive Engineer PHED Bihar Sharif etc. were present.
