 Nalanda District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police did a site visit for the pre-preparation for the Maa Sheetla Sthan Mela to be held in Maghda.


Important instructions given to various office bearers




 Khabre TV - 9334598481 - Satyam Report - Regarding the pre-preparation for the two-day (24th and 25th March) fair to be organized at Maa Sheetla place of Maghra of Biharsharif block, today District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar and Superintendent of Police Shri Ashok Mishra visited the fair premises.  Went in and took a look.

 On this occasion, many important guidelines were given to the officials of various departments regarding the clean and successful organization of the fair.



 The Municipal Corporation was instructed to make adequate arrangements for cleanliness, barricading and lighting of the pond located in the fair premises.  The Municipal Corporation was instructed to ensure adequate cleanliness and lighting arrangements from the main road to the temple premises and also in the entire fair area.

 PHED and Municipal Corporation were asked to keep adequate arrangement of drinking water.  PHED was asked to ensure arrangement of mobile toilets in the Mela area.



 The Civil Surgeon was instructed to keep two ambulances deployed during the Mela period.  It was asked to ensure the deputation of the medical team to the Additional Primary Health Center, Maghra during the entire Mela period.

 From the point of view of security and law and order, the order of deputing magistrates and police officers in sufficient number to suitable places was given to the sub-divisional officer and sub-divisional police officer Bihar Sharif.

 On this occasion Superintendent of Police, Sub-Divisional Officer Bihar Sharif, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Bihar Sharif etc. were present.
