Khabre TV: Sainik School Nalanda located in Nanand has once again proved its superiority at the all India level, increasing the pride of the state of Bihar. There is a festive atmosphere in the entire school campus regarding this. It is known that 21 students of the current academic session and 14 of the last academic session of Sainik School Nalanda, a total of 35 military students have made not only Nalanda but the entire state of Bihar proud by passing the NDA written examination. It is to be noted that the 154th and I.N. of NDA (National Defence Academy) have passed.  The written examination for the 116th course of NSAI (Indian Naval Academy) was conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 1st September, at the examination centres located in Patna and Gaya. 




A total of 51 military students of the current academic session of Sainik School Nalanda took part in this prestigious examination. The result of the examination declared on 20th September sent a wave of happiness in the Sainik School Nalanda family. The Principal of the school, Colonel Bhupendra Kumar, expressed his happiness on this achievement and said that this achievement is the result of hard work of all the students of the school and the team work done by the posted officers, teachers and administrative staff. We are determined to fulfil the basic objective of Sainik School Nalanda.  It is to be noted that the military students who are successful in the written examination will have to appear for interview before the Indian Army Service Selection Board (SSB). Thereafter, after final selection, the successful military students will get admission in the National Defence Academy located at Khadakvasla (Pune) and the Indian Naval Academy located at Ezhimala, Kerala.
