(KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - The last 24th Tirthankara Lord Mahavir 2546th Nirvana Festival of Jains was inaugurated by Shravan Kumar, Minister of Government of Bihar on Friday at Pavapuri, the world famous Jain pilgrimage site of Jainism. This time a simple ceremony was organized as compared to previous times. Digambar Jain Society's media representative Praveen Jain said that the program started in the morning at Digambar Jain Temple with morning continual consecration, panchamrit abhishek, shantidhara, special worship, flag hoisting.

 



In front of Manastambh in Digambar Jain Temple Complex, Jain flag hoisting by Bihar Government Minister Shravan Kumar, Bihar State Digambar Jain Pilgrimage Area Committee Vice Chairman Ajay Kumar Jain, Honorary Minister Parag Jain and Principal of Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences Dr. PK Chaudhary by Kar Kamalo was done.
After this, Manokamana Siddhi Vidhan was organized in Lord Mahavir Moolvedi temple under the direction of Jain Shastri.

 


Jain society, including officials, members of Shri Bihar State Digambar Jain Pilgrimage Area Committee were present to welcome Minister Shravan Kumar.
The minister was welcomed by the officials of the committee, wearing tilak, wearing a garland and strap.
At the same time, ministers and others offered Mangal Aarti, Arghya to Lord Mahavir Moolvedi of Digambar Jain Temple and received his blessings.



After this, Minister Shravan Kumar in the main gate complex of the temple ji started the grand Lord Mahavir Nirvana festival by flag hoisting the flag of Jainism's Pancharanga flag and igniting the island.
Everyone saluted by putting a full golden urn on the mantra with a head.

 


Please tell that this time due to Corona epidemic, there is silence in Pavapuri on Nirvanotsav. Jain pilgrims are not coming. At the same time, only the formalities of all religious rituals were completed. This year the Jain temple management also decided to celebrate the festival in a simplistic manner.
