(Khabare TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - The annual Secondary (Matriculation) Examination 2021 conducted by Bihar Vidyalaya Examination Committee will be conducted in the period from 17 February to 24 February. Each day the exam will be held in two different shifts. The examination for the first shift will be held from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm and the second shift exam from 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm (for some subjects at 5:00 pm).
38 examination centers have been set up in the district to conduct the examination. Out of which 20 examination centers have been set up at the district headquarters, 10 at Rajgir subdivision headquarters and 8 at Hilsa subdivision headquarters. Out of these, 22 examination centers have been set up for students and 16 for girls. The examination will include 24 thousand 749 students and 27 thousand 958 students.
A total of 185 static magistrates as well as separate police officials have been deputed at various examination centers for conducting the examination in a clean and malpractice-free environment. With this, 10 patrol magistrates have been deputed along with the police officer for distribution of question papers and answer book.

For continuous and surprise inspection of various examination centers, 8 Udaanstad Zonal Magistrates and 4 Super Zonal Magistrates have been deputed along with the Police Officer, who will be constantly rotating between the affiliated examination centers to ensure that the examination is conducted in a clean and malicious environment.
All center superintendents have been instructed to make mandatory arrangements for frisking for examining candidates at all examination centers. Frisking of female candidates will be ensured only by women policemen or other women officials. For this, all center superintendents have been instructed to make a temporary enclosure of cloth near each examination center.
Candidates appearing in the examination are scheduled to start the first shift examination from 9:30 am to 10 minutes before ie 9:20 am and for the second shift exam 10 minutes before the scheduled time ie pm Admission to the examination center will be allowed until 1:35 pm. Late candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
For the exchange of information for the clean and peaceful conduct of the examination, a district control room has been set up at the district level, which will be working on the telephone number 06112- 235288. Separate safe magistrates and police officers have been deputed in the district control room.

In the briefing, all the magistrates were clearly instructed to be present at the duty site at the scheduled time. All center superintendents and magistrates were directed to ensure that the examination is conducted in a completely clean and malpractice-free environment as per the standards set by the Bihar School Examination Committee. Detailed instructions were given about the directions of the committee related to the conduct of the examination. All the Central Superintendents were instructed to issue mandatory credentials to all the observers.
On this occasion, Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, District Education Officer including all the Center Superintendents and deputed magistrates etc. were present.
