(Khabre TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) -    A review meeting of Revenue was convened today under the chairmanship of Nalanda In-Charge Collector-cum-Additional Collector Naushad Ahmed.
The District Magistrate in charge expressed great displeasure over the pending cases of dismissal. More cases were found pending especially in Asthawan, Ben, Bihar Sharif, Bind, Chandi, Ekangarasarai, Giriyak, Harnaut, Rahui, Hilsa, Nursarai, Rajgir, Silav, Tharathari. He directed all the zonal officers to ensure extra efforts for execution of all pending cases. It will be reviewed again on Monday in the evening with all the zonal officials.
He directed all the Land Reforms Deputy Collector to ensure regular inspection of zone and light. Land Reforms Deputy Collector Bihar Sharif was directed to ensure inspection of Islampur Zone next week to Harnaut and Rehui Zone and Land Reforms Deputy Collector Hilsa.
The Hilsa officer was asked to improve the functioning and ensure execution of pending cases within a week. Otherwise the department will be reported for action against them.
Under the Jal Jeevan Hariyali Abhiyan, all the district officials were directed to upload the details of all water sources on the prescribed portal along with the documents of the encroachment suit.
For the construction of new PACS godowns, the Zonal officers of Sarmera, Asthawan and Islampur were given priority for this work and directed to send the proposal to the concerned Panchayat after identifying the site.
Instructions were given to the Zonal Officers of Sarmera, Asthawan, Harnaut, Silav, Hilsa, Karai Parshurai and Tharathari for the construction of the new Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan by identifying suitable places in the concerned Panchayat.
Regarding the land identified for the construction of community building-cum-work shed in various Mahadalit Tola, all the concerned Zonal officers were directed to issue NOC so that further action can be taken for construction.

Under the campaign Basera, all the identified families were asked to provide habitat.
All the Zonal Officers were asked to ensure regular hearing of the auction promises.
Prioritizing the case of big defaulters, issuing due notice, instructed to ensure action for recovery of the outstanding amount.
Today's meeting was instructed to ask for clarification from Zonal Officer Karay Parshuraya due to absence without prior approval of leave.
Revenue Branch Incharge, Land Reform Deputy Collector, Zonal Officer and District level officials of other departments were present in the meeting.
