(Khabre TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - A young man, who came to Shraddha Karma in Dhobibigha village of Asthawan police station area, died after drowning in the river Jiraine. Villagers said that 21-year-old Gunjan Kumar of Amanarkhash Jagai village of Ekangarasarai police station area had come to Shraadh of his maternal grandfather. This morning, before giving water to Peepal, he went for a bath in the river with his relatives. At the same time, being unaware, he went to the pit in the river from JCB by the sand mafia of the block where he started drowning. The villagers removed him and took him to the referral hospital Asthavan by bike. Hospital in-charge doctor Avinash Chandra said that in view of the serious condition of the young man, he advised to immediately take him to Sadar Hospital. The villagers brought the young man from the bike to Bihar Sharif where the doctor declared him dead.



On hearing the news of the death of her only grandson, the grandmother is crying and weeping, while the sister of the deceased is crying staring at her brother's face, trying to lift him. Villagers are also feeling distressed due to this incident. The father of the deceased is a farmer. There is an outrage for the people doing illegal trade of sand in the village. People do not know how long people will lose their lives due to these sand mafias.
