(KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) -  Today, Nalanda District Election Officer Shri Yogendra Singh and Superintendent of Police Nilesh Kumar took the nodal officers of various treasuries, Election Officers of all the constituencies, Sub-Divisional Police Block Development Had a meeting with the officer and station in-charge through video conferencing.
The Election Commission of India has also given approval to engage contract workers in any type of election related work. In the same light, Personnel Koshang was instructed to take action for the determination of duty.
The training of the first phase of all the personnel is being done in the period from 10 to 16 September.
For voter awareness, action was taken to ensure action through booth awareness group at the polling station level.
Material Koshang was instructed to sanitize the building complex of Bihar Club for his works.
Physical verification of arms of all license holders is being done in the district. So far, about 52 percent of the license holders have got their weapons verified. The remaining license holders will inevitably have to get physical verification of their weapons through the concerned police station in the period from September 19 to September 22. Legislative action will be taken to suspend / cancel the license holders who do not get verification during this period.

 

Instructions were given to ensure preventive action against more and more anti-social elements before the election. In all appropriate cases proposals were asked to be sent under CCA. Till now, a proposal has been sent against nine anti-social elements under the CCA, which is in the process of hearing in the court of the Collector. The first level checking (FLC) of additional received EVMs and VVPATs in the district has started from today, which will be completed by 16 September.
The in-charge of the nomination cell was asked to ensure the printing of all necessary forms in time. Along with this, it was asked to ensure preparations for help desk and waiting room arrangements at all enrollment sites.
The in-charge of the paramilitary force Koshang was asked to take action based on the availability and need of all the necessary basic facilities at all the places identified for housing. All EROs / AEROs were instructed to take action to add names for common gender ratios based on the updated status of polling station wise gender ratios.
All Block Development Officers and Station Incharge were asked to visit the polling stations and ensure physical verification of the selected housing sites for the paramilitary forces. All the subdivisional officers were directed to ensure preventive action against as many anti-social elements as possible.
In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner, Additional Collector, Municipal Commissioner, preferred and nodal officers of all the treasuries and all the sub-divisional officers, sub-divisional police officers, block development officers, in-charge of police station etc. were involved through video conferencing.
