(1) To raise the age limit to 60 years for all personnel,

(2) Removing all the workers from the middleman and paying the honorarium in the account of all the workers,

(3) To pay incentives to all employees,

(4) With immediate effect, all the workers will continue to make demands on the contractual appointment, etc.
