In the light of the order issued for unlock 4 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, a maximum of 100 persons are allowed to participate in any kind of religious, cultural, social gathering / gathering / ritual from September 21. Lakhs of devotees / saints / people can come from the state and outside the state in organizing Malmas Mela.
