 Khabre Tv - 9334598481 - Shubham's report - Children's day was celebrated by District Legal Services Authority Nalanda in collaboration with Sadbhavna Manch (India) near Vidhyal Seva Sadan.  A special awareness program was organized on the occasion.

 It may be known that on the occasion of the 75th Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, legal awareness programs are being run under the orders of Chairman cum District and Sessions Judge shree Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi, District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda and under the direction of DLSA Secretary cum Additional and Sessions Judge Mohd. Manzoor Alam.  Huh.

 In this sequence, a legal awareness program was organized under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda.  Child rights activist cum founder of Sadbhavna Manch (India), Deepak Kumar, present as a resource person in the legal awareness program, discussed the law related to children and the legal services being provided for their protection and under the scheme-2015.




 Giving important information related to child friendly behavior, child protection and maintenance, he mainly related to children.

 4 Rights - Right to life, right to protection, right to development including right to participation.  He also discussed about Right to Education Act 2009.

 Along with this, panel advocate Shambhu ji gave information about JJ Act 2015, POCSO Act 2012, Child Marriage Act 2006 in detail in the awareness program.

 Advocate Gaurav Kunal said on the occasion that all of us should contribute in building a child friendly society.

 The efforts of PLV present on the occasion were commendable. It should be noted that the legal awareness is being continuously done by the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda.

 The program is commendable.
