 Khabre Tv – 9334598481 – Report of Shubham – On the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna, successful organization of Mega Legal Service Camp cum awareness exhibition program on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence District  Legal Services Authority was done by Nalanda.


  Let us inform that with the aim of making the common people aware and aware, on 13th November 2021, an exhibition program including Mega Legal Services Camp cum Awareness Camp was organized at Nalanda Collegiate Plus Two School, Bihar Sharif.


  *Inauguration*


  The program was inaugurated by Dr. Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi, District and Sessions Judge cum President, by the tax lotus of District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda.  On the occasion, Mohd Naushad Alam, District Officer-in-Charge Nalanda, Shri Hariprasad S.  Superintendent of Police, Nalanda Deputy Development Commissioner, Judicial Officer Gan, Secretary of Bar Association and office bearers of other departments were present.


  The program started with the distribution of saplings.

  After that the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda's history

  Shown through projector.  After that the program till now was shown through slides.  A presentation of the work done since the establishment of the Legal Services House was given.  Which was appreciated by the guests including the present audience.

  Along with this, people were made aware of social evils such as dowry system, feticide, crimes against children and women by performing songs by folk singer Bhaiya Ajit. Which was appreciated by the people. Social message was given through the song.  .


  


  *Mega Camp:*


  In the mega camp where stalls were set up by all the departments and people were being informed about the work being done by the department.  On the other hand, certificates, tricycles, cheques, medicines were distributed among the beneficiaries.  During this, a compensation of ₹ 400000 was provided by the Disaster Management Department to the dependent of the deceased in a road accident by the District and Sessions Judge.

  50 blankets were distributed by Rotary Club Nalanda.

  Job cards were provided to 40 workers by the Labor Department.

  Students from the schools put up their exhibitions and took part in the programme.

  In the medical camp set up on the spot, more than 400 people were medically examined and medicines were distributed.

  About 25 beneficiaries were given benefits under the parenting scheme and other schemes by the Child Protection Unit.

  On the occasion, a short film of the programs and objectives of the District Legal Services Authority produced by the authority employee Mohammad Atif was also shown.  The students presented a sapling each to all the officers participating in the programme.

  In the program, the speakers gave legal awareness to the people and through song, social worker Deepak Kumar told in detail about the legal rights of children and women.  The same eminent social worker Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Manav appreciated the programs done by the District Legal Services Authority to the people present and gave the message of drug de-addiction.

  In Mega Legal Service Camp, ADJ-3 Pratibha, ADJ-4 Santosh Gupta, JMFC Avinash Kumar, Shivam Kumar, General Secretary of JMSC Nalanda District Advocates Association Kamlesh Kumar, PP Kaiser Imam, Advocate Gaurav Kunal, Authority Personnel Mukund Madhav,  Many people including Manjit Kumar, Kaushal Kishore, Nahira Naaz, PLV Dayanand Mahfooz Alam, were present.

  The program was conducted and supervised by Secretary DLSA.  After the conclusion, everyone was thanked as the Secretary of the Authority.
