 Khabre Tv - 9334598481 - Satyam Report - Updated information about the works being done by the Water Resources Department was given by the executive agency.

 Let us inform that in order to provide drinking water throughout the year in Rajgir and Gaya, water from Ganga has to be supplied through pipeline, for which work is being done vigorously.  For this, storage reservoirs, pump houses, intake wells and water treatment plants are to be built at many places.

 Today, the District Magistrate took information about laying the pipeline from the concerned executive agency and gave instructions to expedite the works.  It was told by the agency that the gang is not working in Sarmera while three gangs are working in Rahui.  The District Officer expressed regret over the slow work and directed to complete the work by December. The entire process of digging the land for laying the pipeline to laying the pipe was reviewed and several measures were also taken to speed up the works.  Told.

 The ongoing works in Rajgir were also reviewed.  Information was obtained regarding laying of pipelines for Rajgir Reservoir and water distribution.
