In his inaugural address, Dr. Madan Mohan Jha said that the entire country is dominated by capitalists, day by day exploitation and atrocities on farmers and laborers are increasing. In Bihar, instead of good governance, the government of governance is running. Appealing to the leaders of the unorganized workers Congress, Dr. Jha said that they should go from village to village to make e-shramik cards to the poor and helpless laborers and also give complete information about it. So that more and more people can get labor cards. State President of Unorganized Workers and Employees Congress, Dr Amit Paswan said that the membership drive of the Congress party would be launched in different districts of Bihar by going among the unorganized workers and employees. Dr. Paswan said that 100000 (one lakh) members of the Congress party will be made by the unorganized workers of the Congress in the whole of Bihar.
State Youth Congress President Gunjan Patel said that a very good effort is being made by the unorganized workers to strengthen the Congress party. He said that there is a huge scope of unorganized workers in the whole of Bihar, only people need to be connected. On this occasion hundreds of workers like State Coordinator KD Himanshu, Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vijay Kumar Sharma, Professor Nayav Ali, State Treasurer Karmaveer Kumar Kushwaha, Anil Kumar, Subodh Ravidas, Rambalak Yadav, Amritanshu Kumar, etc. took membership of the Congress party.
