 Special legal awareness camp for the elderly by Nalanda District Legal Services Authority.



 Khabre Tv - 9334598481- Rohit's report - On the occasion of 75th Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda Chairman cum District and Sessions Judge Dr. Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi and Additional District and Sessions Judge Mo. Manzoor Alam in the district under the direction of  Legal awareness programs are being conducted. Related to older people in the same order

 A special legal awareness camp was organized at Shanti Kutir Maghda.  In the program, Shanti Kutir Superintendent Shabana Afreen welcomed the visiting guests.  In the Vidhik Shivir, information was given about the laws related to the elderly and the legal services and schemes being provided for their protection. In the legal awareness camp, panel advocate Manjula Kumari, while discussing the main works and legal awareness program to be done by DLSA, gave information about the laws and various schemes related to elderly people, and gave necessary tips related to their problems. 




 Same On the occasion, PL Kaushal Kumar also kept the issues related to the rights of the elderly. In the program, the District Coordinator of Save the Children, Ravi Kumar, while discussing the constitutional rights, laws and provisions for the elderly, discussed the following points for their protection and cooperation.



 1. Provision of Articles 41 and 46 for the elderly people under the guiding principle of the Constitution.

 2. Right to Maintenance for Older Persons under Section 125 of CrPC.

 3. Under the Maintenance and Balfair of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007, the legal right of senior citizens to take maintenance from their children or heirs.

 4. Giving information about social security to senior citizens through various schemes such as Chief Minister Old Age Pension Scheme, National Old Age Pension Scheme etc.



 In the program, Deepak Kumar, a social worker and founder of Sadbhavna Manch (India), kept the main points related to the rights of disabled, women, SC / ST Act and old people and presented the related awareness song. On the occasion, PL Deepak Kumar said that it is the sacred duty of all of us to serve the old people, and should always be ready to serve them. Shabina Afreen said that all of us should contribute in building the society.It is to be known that the legal awareness is being done continuously by the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda. The program is commendable.

आज कल हमारे समाज में एक रिवाज सा होता जा रहा है शादी समारोह में एक नया प्रचलन सा चल रहा है, इसी कड़ी में अभी पिछले दिनों से एक वायरल वीडियो हो रहा है |  जिसमे अक्सर देखने को यह मिल रहा है, कि ऑर्केस्ट्रा की नर्तकी रिवाल्वर लेकर खुलेआम अश्लील डांस कर रही है, और कानून को ताक पर रख कर सभी नियमो की धज्जियां उड़ा रही है। कुछ ऐसा ही मामला सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से एक वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है। जिस वीडियो में नर्तकी हाथों में 9MM पिस्टल लेकर खुलेआम कानून की धज्जियां उड़ा रही है। वही बार - बार  पिस्टल   को एक युवक पर तान दे रही है।  सवाल यह उठता है कि आखिरकार ये रिवाल्वर इस नर्तकी की पास कहा से आये। क्या यह रिवाल्वर लाइसेंसी है या गैर लाइसेंसी यह तो पुलिस को जांच करना होगा। लिहाजा इस नर्तकी को  पिस्टल  लेकर नाचने का लाइशेंस किसने दे दिया। कुछ ऐसा ही वीडियो कुछ दिनों पहले वायरल हो रहा था, जो जीबी नगर के चारी गांव के ऑर्केस्ट्रा नर्तकी के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया था। लेकिन आज जो वीडियो  पिस्टल  नर्तकी का वायरल हो रहा है, वह महराजगंज के आकाशी मोड़ की बताई जा रही है,  हालांकि
