  KHABRE TV : 9334598481 : Shubham's report: 10 cases were heard by the District Magistrate today as the second appellate authority under the Public Grievance Redressal Rights Act.

  Some of these cases were redressed by the concerned public authority even before the hearing and in some cases orders were given to the officials of the concerned public authority for redressal.

  A complaint was filed by the complainant Shiv Kumar, resident of Chero of Harnaut, for the settlement of the land for his purchase in the name of another person.  In this regard, it was told by the public authority that settlement appeal suit is filed in the Collector's court, according to whose decision the suit will be disposed of.

  A complaint was filed by Hilsa's complainant Azad Kumar for not maintaining the Jamabandi.  In this regard, it was reported by the Circle Officer Hilsa that the revenue receipt has been issued after establishing Jamabandi in the name of the complainant.

  In light of the complaint made by the complainant Shyamdev Prasad of Ekangarsarai Vishunpur that Jamabandi of his land was established in the name of another person, he was asked to file a suit in the court of Additional Collector for cancellation of wrong Jamabandi.




  A complaint was filed by the complainant of Sakarotha Nagarnausa regarding the encroachment of Sudhi river.  In the context of this matter, it was reported by the Circle Officer that action is being taken to cancel the Jamabandi already established on Gair Majrua common land. After that action will be taken to remove the encroachment.

  A complaint was filed by Jagat Singh, the complainant of Ratna Rajgir, in relation to the supply of Khata, Khesra and Rakwa in Parimarjan. In this regard, it was reported by the Circle Officer Rajgir that the relevant entry has been made.

  A complaint was filed by the complainant of May Hilsa regarding the opening of the closed road by making the Gairmajarua land free from encroachment.  given.

  In other cases, the concerned public authority was given necessary directions for redressal of grievances.
