 KHABRE TV : 9334598481 : Shubham Report : A yoga camp was organized under the aegis of International Yoga Day in the grand auditorium of Brilliant Convent, Bihar Sharif.  School children actively participated in this camp.  School's yoga teachers Mr. Pawan Kumar and Ranjay Singh advised the children to do yoga in their morning routine.




 So that they can become alert towards their studies.  He further said that today the science of yoga is compatible, even in today's modern medical science, the importance of yoga has been accepted.  Meditation has a major role in keeping the mind stress-free or calm in yoga practice.  Therefore, yoga is undoubtedly India's greatest contribution to the human race of the world in terms of the health of the entire humanity.




 On this occasion, the director of the school, Dr Dhananjay Kumar said that by doing yoga, physical fatigue as well as mental stress are removed, this yoga has become a powerful medium in keeping the mind mind body healthy.  The theme of Yoga for 2022 is Yoga for Humanity.  The chairman of the school, Dr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar said that make your yogic lifestyle a gun and adopt yoga as a healthy and well-being lifestyle.




 Our lifestyle includes our habits, attitude, awareness, thoughts, feelings, actions, behavior, relationships, jobs, business, moral values, diet, exercise and sleep.  In other words, what we think and do throughout the day is a part of our lifestyle.  Yogic lifestyle aims at transforming negative and harmful habits into positive auspicious habits that help us attain physical health, mental peace and emotional balance and develop a positive and constructive culture in life.
