  KHABRE TV : 9334598481 : Satyam Report: A meeting of revenue and disaster management was called at Hardev Bhawan auditorium today under the chairmanship of Nalanda District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar.

  The work of digitization of Record of Rights (ROR) is to be done by the end of this month.  About 45 percent of the work has been completed so far.  Expressing dissatisfaction over this, the District Magistrate directed all the circle officers to ensure speedy action and complete it within the stipulated time frame.  All the Deputy Collectors of Land Reforms were directed to ensure its monitoring.

  All the circle officers were instructed to ensure the availability of land for the projects of various departments on priority basis.  For 36 landless schools, it was asked to mark the land on priority and send the proposal.  Even for CHC/APHC/HSC of the Health Department, where land could not be identified, instructions were given to all the circle officers to mark it without delay.  Suitable land could not be identified in 9 blocks for the construction of vegetable collection center through the cooperative department.  The District Magistrate asked to ensure this on priority.

  In Bara and Janara of Ben block and in Karai Parashuray, directions were given to the concerned Circle Officer to identify suitable land for the construction of animal hospital.

  Instructions were given to ensure the maintenance of land transfer register in all the zones.

  In online mutation, about 93 percent applications have been executed within the prescribed time limit, in some areas the number of online mutation applications was found to be more than 5 percent.  The District Magistrate directed the concerned Circle Officers to ensure speedy action in this regard.  Under the campaign Basera, proposals for 368 have been received against the target of 536.  For the remaining 168, instructions were given to the concerned circle officers to send the proposal without delay.

  In the context of disaster management, instructions have been given to complete the work of updating the list of families on the Sampurti portal in all possible flood prone areas at the earliest, so that the distribution of disaster relief grants can be facilitated in the event of flood disaster.

  Instructions have been given to ensure all necessary pre-arrangements for all the already identified community kitchen centers, relief camp centers and animal camp sites so that these centers can be operated in the shortest possible time in case of flood disaster.

  Additional collector, deputy development commissioner, all land reforms deputy collector, revenue branch in-charge, district panchayati raj officer and circle officer were present in the meeting.
