  The planning process could not be completed in two blocks and eight panchayat planning units due to not publishing the merit list within the prescribed time limit, the planning process in these planning units would be completed again within the stipulated time limit.


 The District Magistrate held a meeting through video conferencing regarding the implementation of the process.


 



 Khabre Tv – 9334598481 – Shubham's report- The process of counseling for first, second and third cycle teacher recruitment has been completed and candidates have been selected.

 Appointment letters will be distributed to all these newly employed teachers through the concerned planning unit on February 23.  The selection of the school will also be done simultaneously by the selected teachers.

 The process of calling the candidates from the selection list for the allotment of the school has been decided from the departmental level.  Candidates will be called according to the prescribed order and school wise selection of schools can be done by them from the vacancies displayed.

 Regarding this process, District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar held a meeting with the officials of various planning units through video conferencing today.

 According to the provision prescribed by the department, the list of order of calling the selected candidates for school allotment was prepared and directed to be displayed on the notice board and website of NIC by February 20.  Along with this, instructions were also given to display the school wise vacancies for each planning unit.  The serial list of the Panchayat and Block Planning Unit will be verified by the concerned Block Development Officer from their level and the work of checking and verifying the serial list of the Urban Body Planning Units will be done by the DPO Establishment of the Education Department.  The purpose of preparing this list is that the allocation of schools to the selected candidates can be done in a transparent manner under the prescribed provision according to their wishes and vacancies.




 The process of planning could not be completed in the district due to non-publication of merit list by two block planning units and eight panchayat planning units in the district due to various reasons.  These include Rahui and Hilsa Block Planning Unit as well as Sirnama, Belchi and Araut Panchayat Planning Unit of Chandi Block, Tharthari and Kacharia Panchayat Planning Unit of Tharthari Block, Bele Panchayat Planning Unit of Islampur Block, Arpa Panchayat Planning Unit and Ekangar of Hilsa Block.  Amanar Khas Panchayat Planning Unit of Sarai Block is included.

 For all these planning units, the time limit has been fixed again to complete the process of planning.

 Publication of provisional merit list will be ensured by all these placement units on the website of NIC by March 1.  Thereafter claim objection will be received.  After the disposal of the received claim objection, the final merit list will be published by March 8.

 Counseling will be done on March 14 for classes 6 to 8 and March 15 for classes 1 to 5 of Rahui and Hilsa block planning units.  The counseling of all the eight panchayat planning units has been scheduled on March 16.

 The District Magistrate directed all the Block Development Officers to prepare error free merit list under his supervision with the help of Block Panchayati Raj Officer and Block Education Officer.

 In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner, District Education Officer, DPO establishment and all Block Development Officers, Executive Officers of Municipal bodies, Block Panchayati Raj Officers, Block Education Officers etc. were associated through video conferencing.
