 Khabre Tv - 9334598481 - Shubham's Report - The matter is heard by the District Magistrate as a second appellate authority under the Right to Public Grievances Redressal Act.

 The second appeal of Vishnu Mahato, a resident of Goraur of Rajgir zone, was heard today by District Magistrate Shri Shashank Shubhankar in complaint number 1817/2A.

 A plot was purchased by the complainant and once the rent receipt of the land was deducted after the purchase.  A complaint was made by him about not deducting the rent receipt again.  In the course of hearing the complaint, it was found that the Jamabandi was never maintained in the name of the person who sold the land to the complainant, but the then revenue employee of Rajgir had issued a one-time rent receipt in the name of the complainant.  In this case, considering the then revenue employee of Rajgir Pramod Kumar (currently posted in Harnaut) as guilty, order was given to conduct departmental action by forming Form 'A' against him.

 In another complaint number 0728/2A, during the hearing of the case of complainant Ramakant Sharma, resident of Sartha (currently included in Harnaut zone) of Chandi zone, it was found that the account registered in the name of the complainant's wife Veena Devi was online by tampering with the Jamabandi of Khesra.  Jamabandi was established in the name of Ram Dulari Devi.  This work was done by Beltron operator Sanjam Sinha, posted in Chandi zone, without the report of the revenue employee and without the orders of the Circle Officer.

 Taking this very seriously, the District Magistrate ordered to register an FIR against the concerned Beltron operator.  In this case, the Deputy Collector of Land Reforms, Bihar Sharif was also ordered to conduct a thorough investigation.
