 Khabre Tv - 9334598481 - Report of Aditya - An inter-house cos country running competition was successfully organized on Monday morning at Sainik School, Nalanda, Nanand.The Principal inaugurated the competition by flagging off the cocountry.  180 military students of Varishtha Sadan participated in this eight kilometer running competition.At the end of the competition, the winning students were rewarded with medals and certificates and the winner Siddharth Sadan was given a trophy.  In the competition, Randhir Kumar (1079) of Senior Ashoka House stood first, Dharmaraj Arya (1108) of Mahavir Sadan stood second and Priyanshu Raj (1085) of Ashoka Sadan stood third.  Cadet Saurabh Sagar and Cadet Shyam Gopal Singh were encouraged by giving a cash incentive of Rs.500 each for their enthusiastic and inspiring participation in the race despite injury. On this occasion, the Principal told the students the importance of competition and said that this type of competition brings physical strength as well as mental maturity in the students and develops qualities like decision making ability and collective co-operation and loyalty to labor etc.  Administrative Officer Major Ajay Chand, Acting Vice Principal VJ James and all the teachers and non-teaching staff were present on this occasion.
