Aarti Sinha, the secretary of the organization, said that it would cause a lot of damage to the local residents and the environment, ground water and air. This project is going on in Rajbari area of ​​Mihijam Council for Rs 78 crore, but for this the construction of the plant was started without taking NOC from NGT.  In the said case, while rejecting the counter affidavit given by the Deputy Commissioner Jamtara in the NGT, the NGT imposed a personal fine of ₹ 25000 on the Deputy Commissioner Jamtara.  Whose demand draft number- 368503 was submitted to the registered NGT on dated-04/10/21. In this regard, the judgment of NGT, which through date-23/02/22, imposed 43,05,000 lakh environmental compensation to Mihijam Municipal Council as environmental fine.




 and this amount was directed by the court within 1 month.  Control Board Jharkhand has to be submitted. In this case, the Mihijam Municipal Council has to submit a report to the NGT by the Jharkhand State Pollution Board following all the instructions dated -30/06/22, it should be known that in this case the respondents were made accountable.  In which eight other government organizations including Deputy Commissioner Jamtara were involved.
