KHABRE TV - 9334598481 - Shubham's riport- The Annual Secondary (Matriculation) Examination-2022 conducted by the Bihar School Examination Committee is going to be conducted in the period from 17 February to 24 February.
This exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and the second shift exam will be conducted from 1:45 PM to 5 PM. According to the instructions issued by the Bihar School Examination Committee, the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center only 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidates of the first shift will compulsorily enter the examination center by 9:20 am and the candidates of the second shift by 1:35 pm. After this the candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination center.
For the conduct of this examination, 38 examination centers have been set up in Nalanda district. 20 examination centers have been set up in Bihar Sharif, 8 in Hilsa and 10 in Rajgir. Out of these, 22 examination centers are earmarked for boys and 16 for girl students. 27159 students and 23601 girl students will attend these examination centers.
To ensure that the examination is conducted in a clean and malpractice free environment, 161 Static Magistrates have been deputed at these examination centres. Along with this, 10 patrol magistrates, 8 flying squad zonal magistrates and 4 super zonal magistrates have also been deputed, who will ensure the conduct of clean examination by constantly moving between the concerned examination centers.
CCTV cameras have been installed at all the examination centers and continuous videography has been arranged. Prohibitory orders under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure will remain in force from the level of the concerned sub-divisional officer within a radius of 500 yards of the examination centers. All photo state shops in this periphery will remain closed during the examination period. All the sub-divisional officers have been directed to ensure its compliance.
District level control room will be functional on phone number *06112-235288*. The DPO establishment of the Education Department has been made in-charge of the control room. Separately, safe magistrates have also been deputed in the control room.
Briefing of all Center Superintendents and deputed magistrates/police officers was held in DRCC today.
The Additional Collector clearly stated that the conduct of the examination has to be ensured in a 100% malpractice free environment. In the course of inspection, if chit-parts are found in any examination hall, the concerned invigilator, magistrate and center superintendent will be held accountable and strict action will be taken against them.
At the examination centers, 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination, the packet of question paper will be opened in the presence of the Static Magistrate, whose videography was instructed to be compulsorily done.
All the sub-divisional officers were also directed to keep a close watch on the functioning of the coaching institutes.
No invigilator will keep mobile phone with him in the examination center, all the invigilators will be issued identity card by the center superintendent from his level.
All the examinees will compulsorily use the mask. In the order of frisking, it was instructed to ensure that the examination is done properly.
Additional Collector, Municipal Commissioner, all sub-divisional officers, sub-divisional police officers, district education officers and all center superintendents, deputed magistrates and police officers were present in the briefing.
