Inauguration ceremony of Annual Sports Competition 2021 - 2022 held at Sainik School Nalanda....



 Khabre Tv - 93345 98481 Bureau Report - The opening ceremony of the annual sports competition 2021 - 2022 was organized in the sports complex of Sainik School Nalanda located at Nananda in Nalanda district.

 In which Brigadier Niranjan Kumar, Deputy GOC 23 Infantry Division Ranchi were the chief guests on the occasion.

 Colonel Tamojit Biswas, Principal of Sainik School Nalanda, welcomed the chief guest in a traditional manner and thanked him for his dignified presence.



  Highlighting the achievements of the school, Principal Col Shri Vishwas informed that the school has so far sent 144 military students to pre-commissioned training institutes in a short span of last 11 years.

 It is to be known that the first batch of Sainik School Nalanda was passed in the year 2010.


 


 The Chief Guest, Brigadier Niranjan Kumar, while expressing his happiness over the excellent results of the school, exhorted the military students to maintain their academic excellence as well as physical fitness.  They Emphasized the need for military students to maintain self-discipline.  On this occasion, the chief guest formally inaugurated the competition by blowing up colorful balloons and lighting a torch.



The participating students of Ajatashatru, Ashok, Mahavir and Siddharth Sadan performed their best in spectacular march past led by their respective captains, displayed their team spirit and encouraged each other in a perfectly coordinated march past.This competition will be concluded on 12th October, this week-long mega event includes many other track and field players, Siddharth Sadan is leading by scoring 70 points in the track events held on the first day and defending winner Mahavir  The House is at the second position with 59 points.
