 Khabre Tv - 9334598481 - basant Report - An awareness program was organized on the occasion of World Mental Health Day on Saturday in the Department of Psychiatry, Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri.  Like every year, this year, a program was organized in Vims Pawapuri on the theme of Mental Health Unequal World.



 Let us tell that every year on 10 October, World Mental Health Day, declared by the World Health Organization, is celebrated all over the world to make people aware of mental health, so that people can understand its importance that along with the physical health of a person.  Also how important is mental health.



 On this occasion, Principal Dr PK Choudhary, while highlighting the mental problems caused due to changing lifestyle said that due to mental stress, anxiety and depression, many people in the world have various types of social stigma, dementia, hysteria, anxiety, self-deprecation.  Every year they are falling prey to problems and mental illnesses.



 World Mental Health Day is celebrated with the aim of attracting people's attention towards these problems and spreading awareness among the people, so that people become aware of mental problems and diseases and get their treatment done in time.




 The Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Vims, Dr. Amardeep Kumar, said that due to Corona, inequality has increased in the world, it has not only affected the physical health of the people, but also has a very bad effect on the mental health of the people.  Are getting .

 He requested the people to adopt a sensitive attitude towards the people suffering from mental problems and help them in getting treatment.

 On this occasion, the Superintendent of the Games, Dr. Gyan Bhushan told the people about the need of treatment as soon as they see the initial symptoms of the disease.
