 The special court of the Madhepura Behavioral Court has ordered the release of Jaap supremo cum former MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav in a 32-year-old kidnapping case.  Delivering the final verdict today, Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Court (MP/MLA cases) Madhepura Nishikant Thakur has ordered the release of Mr. Yadav due to lack of evidence.


 


 Let us inform that on May 11, Pappu Yadav, the Jaap supremo cum former MP of Madhepura, was arrested from Patna in a case of kidnapping of 32 years old.  Today, Pappu Yadav appeared in the special court cum ADJ-3 court of Madhepura, which is looking after the matters related to the case of public representatives regarding this matter.  After the debate on September 30 last, the matter was fixed for decision today.
