Whatever arrangement is there to get the lamps sent from there and also to send people from other states from here also, if they want to come themselves,

 

So, they should immediately issue a pass or NOC, those who are not able to come, they should talk to the other state government through the district administration and they should immediately pave the way for their homeland.
