To meet the growing demand for masks, Jeevika is making Didi masks, the launch of the Mask Production Unit.

 

(KHABRE TV - 9523505786) -  The mask production unit was launched on Thursday in the building of Purana Jeevika Grameen Bazaar of Asthawan Bazar. BPM of Jeevika- Satyarupa Kumari told that CO- Sunil Kumar, Statistics Officer- Narendra Sharma, MNREGA PO- Vishnu Prakash Jha, GPS- Raghunandan Prasad Yadav did the inauguration. He said that the unit was launched to meet the growing demand for masks. The livelihood of the region is making Didi masks. 1200 - 1500 masks will be prepared every day. He told that according to the instructions of the government, each villager of each panchayat has to give four masks to the head of the panchayat. There are 19 panchayats in the block area. 


About abadi 1 lakh 70 thousand according to 2011 census. He told that Radha Devi, Sulekha Kumari, Pinki Kumari, Manju Devi, 30 to 35 didi, including Seema Devi, is engaged in making masks. Apart from Unite, Jeevika is also engaged in making masks in Panchayat. Khadi cloths are used in making masks. He said that there has been a manufacture of two layer masks here.
