The District Officer and Superintendent of Police held a meeting through video conferencing with all the Sub-Divisional Officers, Sub-Divisional Police Officers, Block Development Officers and Station Incharge.
( Khabre TV News - 9523505786 ) - District Officer Yogendra Singh and Superintendent of Police Nilesh Kumar held a meeting with all subdivision, block and police station officials today through video conferencing.
All the Block Development Officers were told that more and more migrant workers are expected to arrive in the next one week. Therefore, it was directed to increase the capacity of the Quarantine Center at the block level. For this, it was instructed to keep the pre-identified buildings in ready condition and also to make arrangements for employing the Quarantine Center at the Panchayat level if required.
People coming to the Quarantine Center were instructed to provide mosquito nets and diagnostic kits as soon as they arrive. Breakfast, tea and food were asked to be provided on time. It was instructed to constantly monitor the quality of food. All the local officials were asked to do the food test themselves regularly.
People coming here have encountered various difficulties, so they were instructed to keep communicating with people continuously.
People living at the Quarantine Center were also asked to make themselves aware to maintain social distancing among themselves.
Each quarantine center was instructed to be organized like a containment zone.
A sample of migrant workers coming from the Red Zone area is being sent for examination on a priority basis.
Some people are directly reaching their villages through various mediums, about which the villagers are also being informed to the local administration immediately. In order to bring such people to the concerned Quarantine Center immediately, a separate vehicle was asked to be ensured at the block level.
Through the Panchayati Raj Department of the State Government, orders and funds have been arranged to provide soap and masks of four dresses each for up to ₹ 20. It was directed to ensure its distribution through the concerned ward member.
It was directed to spread wide publicity about the distribution of soap and mask in rural areas and its mandatory use through miking.
In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner, Additional Collector, DRDA, Assistant Collector, District Panchayati Raj Officer and all the Subdivision Officers, Subdivision Police Officer, Block Development Officer, Station Incharge and other Block level officers were connected through video conferencing.
