The special train will reach Bihar Sharif on Thursday with students from Kota, District officials meeting with officials to arrange for the students to reach their homes. After the meeting, review of preparations taken at the railway station.

(KHABRE TV - 9523505786) - Due to the efforts of the state government, students of Bihar are being brought continuously from Kota through special trains.
In this sequence, a special train from Kota will arrive at Bihar Sharif railway station on May 7 (Thursday) at around 2:30 pm.
The train will mainly have students from Nalanda district. Some students will also be from nearby districts.

Medical screening of students will be done at the station. Food, water etc. will also be provided to them. After completion of the process, all the students of Nalanda district will be transported by administration to their home block and students of other district to their district headquarters through special buses. From where the work will be done by the concerned district administration to reach their homes.

Today, District Officer Yogendra Singh and Superintendent of Police Nilesh Kumar held a meeting with all concerned officers regarding these preparations.
The civil surgeon was directed to ensure deputation of one medical screening team for each coach of the train. There are 24 coaches in this train, on the basis of this 24 medical screening teams will be deputed on the platform. The medical team's counter will remain in front of all coaches.

Students will get off the train one by one and they will be screened at the medical screening counter. Students without symptoms at the medical screening must stay in the home quarantine for 14 days. An affidavit to this effect will also be taken from them. Also, in a separate form, details related to students' name, address etc. will be filled. Forms related to affidavit and personal statement will be made available to students at Danapur station itself. Both the prescribed forms have been made available to Danapur RPF officials today. Students will fill both forms on the way, so that unnecessary time will not be spent at Bihar Sharif station. Only this will be compiled at Bihar Sharif station.
In case of any symptoms found in the medical screening, the students concerned will be placed in the administrative quarantine and their samples will be collected and sent to the lab for examination. Students found positive in the investigation will be placed at the administrative isolation center.

Food, drinking water and other soft drinks are being arranged at the station for all students. Which will be made available to the students in the packet. The District Officer directed the Nodal Officer of Koshang to ensure the provision of appropriate number of food packets and water bottles.
After completion of all the process, the students of the other district will be sent to their respective district headquarters through special buses, from where the respective district administration will arrange to take them to their home.
Among the students of Nalanda district, the students of Bihar Sharif block will be taken to Kargil bus stand by special buses from where their parents will be able to take the students to their home. Similarly, students of other blocks will be transported through special buses to the respective block headquarters from where their parents will be able to take the students to their home. The administration will arrange for the students whose parents will not be able to reach them through small vehicles.
The District Officer directed the Nodal Officer-cum-District Transport Officer of Vehicle Koshang to ensure availability of sufficient number of buses at the railway station. All buses will be sanitized by chemical spraying. The drivers and helper of the buses must use masks and gloves. For this, sufficient number of masks and gloves were instructed to provide.

Instructions were given to ensure the provision of temporary shed on the railway station platform. Admission of any guardian or other unauthorized person in the railway station premises will be completely forbidden, for this a sufficient number of officers and deputies will remain deputed at RPF, GRP and District Police Force.
It was instructed to get the marking done on the platform to comply with social distancing at the railway station. For cleaning, adequate number of platforms were asked to ensure dustbin. Trolleys are also being arranged through Big Bazaar and Vishal Mega Mart to carry the luggage of the students and sufficient number of workers will also be employed.
Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Director DRDA, Civil Surgeon, District Transport Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Bihar Sharif, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Bihar Sharif, Station Manager Bihar Sharif and other officials were present in the meeting.

 

After the meeting, the District Officer and Superintendent of Police went to Bihar Sharif Railway Station and inspected.
Considering the availability and convenience of the place, it was decided that the train will be installed on platform number 2. Instructions were given to ensure the provision of temporary sheds on this platform. All other exit doors / avenues of the station will be closed with barricades and sufficient number of police force will be deployed for monitoring.
In the order of inspection, the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Director DRDA, Civil Surgeon, Station Manager, RPF officials from Danapur along with administration and other railway officials were present.
