(Khabare TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - In an awareness program organized on the subject of prevention of mental illness on the occasion, Dr. PK Chaudhary, Principal of Vims said that the concern has been treated like Chita. It should be remembered by everyone that stress anxiety is not the solution to any problem, but is the originator of many other problems. Stress causes you extreme headaches, migraines, high or low blood pressure, heart related problems. It irritates your nature and steals the happiness of your life and the smile of your face. To avoid this, unnecessary causes of stress can be removed from life. He said that people need to be made aware about mental illness.

 


Most people do not consider it to be a symptom of the disease and delay the consultation of a doctor on time, the loss of which the patient has to suffer. He said that 1 out of every four people in the world is getting affected by mental disorder at some point of their life. The most surprising thing is that it has the highest proportion of youth. He further said that to avoid this, one needs to get enough sleep, and physical activities need attention. Especially the youth should avoid the consumption of alcohol and drugs and take time out for the family.



Department Head Dr. Amardeep Kumar, while discussing the theme of this year, said that in the context of how we can achieve mental health for all, in the context of various external factors that harm mental health, such as childhood mistakes and mental abuse, sexual Discussing in detail the harassment, upbringing, drug addiction and excessive Internet habits, as you invest money regularly for the better future of your children, In the same way, while appealing to the parents present there, give their children at least 1 hour daily, they said that doing so will greatly help in the emotional development of children, which will make them more successful in life.
