(Khabare TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - Nalanda District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee received complaints related to publication in various newspapers as suspicious paid news of the published news related to various candidates.
In this regard, the matter was given to the Election Officer of 171-Asthavan and 172-Bihar Sharif by the District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee. As a result, notice was issued by the Election Officer of Bihar Sharif in 2 cases related to the same candidate and in the case of suspected paid news to one candidate by the Election Officer of Asthawan.
In the light of the notice issued, the written candidate has submitted his written opinion to the District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee.
The district level MCMC will take its final decision in this regard. If the case of suspicious paid news related by the district level MCMC is finally considered as paid news, then the candidate will be included in the election expenses of the respective candidate by calculating it at the prescribed rate considering the published news as an advertisement. Will inform Koshang.
The case of confirmed tree news will be reported to the Election Commission of India through the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar. In the case of print media, the Press Council of India will be notified by the Commission for action against the concerned newspaper.
