District Officer and Superintendent of Police held a meeting through video conferencing with all the Block Development Officers and in-charge of Police Station.
District Officer Yogendra Singh and Superintendent of Police Nilesh Kumar held a meeting with all Block Development Officers and Station Incharge through video conferencing today.
All the officials were directed to ensure strict compliance of the second phase lock down.
In this lock down, transportation / sales and purchase discounts will be given only for presumptive services / materials.
Instructions were given to ensure strict compliance of the ban on the purchase / sale of banned services and materials.
Instructions were given to ensure strict action against the persons who violated the lock down under Bihar Epidemic Control Act, IPC and Motor Vehicle Act.
All the block development officers were instructed to ensure strict compliance of instructions related to social distancing and sanitization in the work of MNREGA in the light of departmental directives.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, it was asked to ensure the selection of eligible beneficiaries as per the target.
It was informed in the meeting that survey of families without ration card is being done through Jeevika. In this regard, all the officials were instructed that all eligible families without ration cards should be included in the list through this survey. No eligible families were deprived of it. Instructions were given to ensure this work with sensitivity and top priority.
The Deputy Development Commissioner and all the Block Development Officers and in-charge of the police station were involved in the meeting.
