District Officer held a meeting through video conferencing to review the work related 

To food grains distribution, wheat procurement and ration cards, and today, District Officer Yogendra Singh, all the subdivisional officers, for speedy execution of matters related to food grains distribution, wheat procurement and ration cards in the district. Pending applications received for the Ration Card through RTPS are being executed expeditiously. Out of these, around 25 thousand applications have been approved so far. All these applications are to be seeded with the Aadhaar number of the beneficiary. All the sub-divisional officers and block development officers were instructed to make the basis seeding work faster by putting more and more operators.
The State Government is giving assistance of one thousand rupees in the bank account of all ration card holders. Due to the non-seeding of the basis of the bank account of some ration card holders, the amount could not go into the account. Instructions were given to ensure compilation of Aadhaar number seeded with the bank account of such ration card holders so that the aid amount can be transferred to their account.
Survey of eligible families without ration cards is being conducted in the district through livelihood. So far, about 35 thousand applications have been received through Jeevika. Instructions were given to ensure speedy online entry of all applications received on the departmental portal. For this, instructed to ensure 24 × 7 work by employing as many operators as necessary. Instructions were given to ensure the compilation of the Aadhar card of all these applicants through door to door. It was asked to ensure that this work is given top priority.
Those ration card holders, whose Aadhaar number is not recorded or seeding has not been given, were instructed to ensure the seeding by obtaining proof of Aadhaar card without delay.
Giving top priority to the work of distribution of food grains, it was instructed to ensure distribution according to the prescribed quality and weight. All the sub-divisional officers, block development officers and other concerned officials were instructed to inspect the area continuously and ensure prompt redressal of the problems and complaints related to the distribution of food grains.
A target of 28 thousand MT has been set for the district for wheat procurement. So far 25 packs and two trade boards have been listed for procurement work. The process is on to list other packs and trade boards too. The District Officer directed the District Cooperative Officer to implement wheat procurement work expeditiously.
The use of masks in public places has been mandated by the state government for people on exit from home. Instructions were given to all officials to ensure compliance.
Deputy Development Commissioner, District Supply Officer, District Cooperative Officer and all sub-divisional officers and Block Development Officers were connected through video conferencing in the meeting.
