The District Officer held a meeting with all the Sub-Divisional Officers and Block Development Officers through video conferencing.

District Officer Yogendra Singh held a meeting with all the Sub-Divisional Officers and Block Development Officers today through video conferencing.
In the meeting, important instructions were given to all the officials for prevention of spread of Novel Corona virus: -

Withdrawal arrangements were made for one day for male and one day for female account holders (for women on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and for men on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) by needy people at bank branches and CSPs. Instructions were given to ensure compliance of social distancing in all branches.
The vegetable vendors were instructed to ensure compliance with social distancing at a safe distance apart from each other.
Burning of crop residues is prohibited, directing it to take action against the violators by complying with it.
Health screening / survey of people is to be done in every house of the district, it was directed to complete this work within 5 days. Directive to ensure evening evening briefing with MOIC on the lines of Pulse Polio campaign.
The second phase of the lock down directed to ensure strict compliance of the applicable directives.

Important instructions given regarding lifting and distribution of food grains :

The distribution of food grains in the month of April, on the basis of payment according to the prescribed quantity and rate. Directive to ensure
food grains for the month of April along with Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, to ensure free delivery of 5 kg rice to every person holding ration card.
Similarly, along with food grains of May and June, 5 kg rice (per person) will be given free of cost to every person holding ration card under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana.
People can give any kind of complaint related to the distribution of food grains at the district level control room on telephone number 06112- 233168.
Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Additional Collector, Municipal Commissioner and other officials were present in the meeting.
