District Officer Yogendra Singh and Superintendent of Police Nilesh Kumar held a meeting with the senior and nodal officials of various cells in Hardev Bhawan Auditorium today.


All the officials were directed to ensure strict compliance of the instructions of the second phase of lock down.
There is a ban on any type of movement in the Containment Zone of the affected area of ​​Bihar Sharif. It was directed to ensure strict compliance. Instructions have been given to ensure supply of essential commodities in the core zone at home through WhatsApp Group.
The civil surgeon was instructed to conduct a quick survey to enlist pregnant women, malnourished children, elderly persons and persons with any other disease in the affected areas, so that timely appropriate medical assistance can be provided to such persons.


The presence of deputed magistrates and personnel deputed for various tasks was asked to ensure the presence of the concerned duty. Action will be taken against officials / personnel found absent from duty by asking for clarification.
The nodal officer was directed to ensure all necessary arrangements at the isolation center and quarantine center according to the standard operating procedure prescribed for Kovid-19. Instructions were directed to take special care of the quality of food at these centers. Instructions were given to ensure cleanliness and arrangement of garbage / waste as per standard operating procedure. These centers were instructed to ensure arrangements for other essential materials including masks, sanitizers, hand washes for those kept in isolation / quarantine.
Nodal officers of various treasuries including Superintendent of Police, Additional Collector, Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Civil Surgeon, Sub-Divisional Officer Bihar Sharif, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Bihar Sharif were present in the meeting.
