District Officer holds a meeting with all the Sub-Divisional Officers and Block Development Officers through video conferencing

District officer Yogendra Singh held a meeting with all the sub-divisional officers and block development officers today through video conferencing. 

In the meeting, important instructions were given to all the officials for prevention of spread of Novel Corona virus: -

Instructions on bank branches and CSPs to ensure compliance of social distancing by needy people in withdrawing funds from the account.

Instructions to authorize individual personnel to comply with social distancing / sanitization in all bank branches.
Instructions to all officers to ensure compliance of social distancing / sanitization at bank branches / CSPs by being mobile

Instructions to ensure identification of persons taking medicines for such symptoms through drug shopkeepers for identification of persons with fever / cough symptoms in the district.
Persons with such symptoms will be contacted and sampled for Kovid-19 testing if required.
Instructions to make people aware of this effect to the district level medical helpline (06112-236794) to the persons with fever / cough symptoms through vehicles engaged in propaganda work in blocks and panchayats.
Continuous tracking of the persons giving such information will be done and a sample will be sent for examination if necessary.

Important instructions given regarding lifting and distribution of food grains:

Where the distribution of food grains is remaining in the month of March, the instructions for ensuring immediate distribution are
April. Instructions to ensure distribution of food grains of the month, on the basis of payment according to the prescribed quantity and rate,
with the food grains of April every person holding ration card under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana 5 Instructions to ensure delivery of kilogram rice for free.
Similarly, with the food grains of May and June, 5 kg rice (per person) will be given free of cost to every person holding ration card under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana.
The situation of Rajgir and Silav block was found unsatisfactory in bringing the food grains to the dealer in April. The AGM has been asked for clarification in this regard.

The District Manager State Food Corporation was instructed to ensure lifting of foodgrains from FCI by May 10 by April 10.
So far, about 35% of the foodgrains for the month of May have been lifted by SFC. Instructions were given to ensure increase in the number of vehicles as required to speed up the lift. All the sub-divisional officers and the District Manager State Food Corporation were instructed to meet with the AGM of the transporter and godown every day to review the lifting of food grains.
All block / subdivision level officials will ensure the distribution of food grains. From the district level, the team will go to the area and check the distribution of food grains. Through the district control room, information will also be obtained from consumers about distribution of foodgrains through telephone. If irregularities are found anywhere, strict action will be taken against the concerned dealer / officer.
