Granted Education Policy Leprosy in a civilized and educated society, the government should take action to end the education policy without finance at the earliest.
( KHABRE TV - 9523505786 ) - Granted education policy is like leprosy in a civilized and educated society. In this, teachers have to teach children on the salary they get as very little grant money. If the month is calculated, then somewhere ten thousand per month and somewhere even fifteen thousand are not found, even though teachers are teaching. The government should take action to end the education policy without finance at the earliest.
Saathi Parishad president and social worker Alok Azad said the above things. He was addressing a seminar with teachers on the subject of the condition and direction of the teachers in the current environment through the Zoom application.
He stressed the need to end the subsidized education system at the earliest and said that the Bihar government, especially Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, should be serious about the problem of disbursed and employed teachers. Government needs to work continuously in this direction. He hoped that in the coming days its path will definitely come out and the subsidized or disbursed education system will be a thing of the old days.
He said that subsidized or disbursed teachers are constantly going through the economic crisis. There should be positive initiative on this. The Chief Minister should take the initiative to end the condition of subsidized and disbursed teachers and education policy without distribution and to honor teachers.
He said that at present the condition of teachers is quite pathetic. Funded, disbursed and employed teachers and librarians are going through a severe economic crisis. This system raises questions on the education policy of the government. The state and central government should find a solution soon.
He said that on the basis of the suggestion of all the teachers who came to the seminar, he drafted an education, to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and the Leader of Opposition along with Bihar Secondary Teachers Association President Kedarnath Pandey and other teacher representatives and all top officials of the Education Department. He will give so that he will take necessary initiatives on this and pressurize the Central and State Government to get the solution cleared. There will be suggestions of solutions for the disbursed and employed teachers.
He said that due to the outstanding amount of grant of inter teachers for six years and degree teachers for nine years, starvation situation has arisen in the lockdown in front of the disbursed teachers, personnel and their families of the disbursed colleges. The government has demanded to pay the pending grant money to the disbursed personnel from secondary to degree level and the Madrasa and grant staff of Sanskrit educational institutions from the secondary to degree level in times of national disaster like corona epidemic.
He said that it is the announcement of the State Government that the amount of outstanding grant for the last six years will be made available to the non-teaching teachers. Before Holi, he had talked about sending money to the workers' account. Funds have also been allocated from the Finance Department for this. The lack of willpower in the education minister and chief minister alone, due to their dogma, these thousands of workers are tempted to lockdown the house with their family members.
Alok also said that lakhs of rupees of these teacher-workers are owed to the government and the teachers are spreading hands to the neighbors for food and medicines to their family members.
He said that the NDA government led by CM Nitish and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi showed readiness towards ending the leprosy such as subsidized and disbursed education policy. But in the name of grant payment became sluggish. The government should send the grant amount to the account of teachers and workers immediately in the interest of humanity and justice.
