District president Anil Kumar Akela said that long-time demand of businessmen, demand for removal of check bounce from crime category: - Akela


(Khabre TV - 9523505786) - Bihar Sharif , District President of Nalanda Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Anil Kumar Akela said that businessmen have long demanded that check bounce should not be criminalized to the prescribed limit.
District president of Nalanda Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Anil Kumar Akela, told the government that many people had been given checks before the Corona crisis. Some of which are related to imports. And in the period of Corona crisis related to many other purchases, the accounting of earnings and expenses has completely changed. In such a situation, there is a danger of those check bounces. Businessmen have constantly pleaded that the government has sought relief from the check bounce till the economic conditions are normal in the laws.


District president of Nalanda Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Anil Kumar Akela believes that in this era of Corona crisis, many small business people who can keep running and starting business can see such crimes out of the category of crime. Should be removed which may have far-reaching effects. This will reduce further ease of ease of doing business ie businessmen, and the incidence of court cases and jail visits in small matters. Shri Akela said that this will help the government in achieving the goal of 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sabka Faith'.
