All countries have become restless and upset, the economy of the country has been badly beaten, so far no successful treatment of this corona virus or any vaccine has been discovered. All the countries of the world, including the World Health Organization, are engaged in finding the vaccine of this disease in their own way, in the same context, its prevention, prevention and propagation is going on in the whole world. Government, administration, universities, colleges are also organizing seminars for this, experts are being consulted. In the same order, the college named "Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel", an integrated unit of Pataliputra University, Patna, "Sardar Patel Memorial College, Udantpuri Bihar Sharif," A national webinar was organized on the arrival and employment of migrant laborers under the influence of Kovid-19 under the aegis of Geography Department in Nalanda. The organizer of this webinar, Vidya Yadav (Head of the Department of Geography), told that this was done through National Webinar video conferencing, in which about 100 teachers, students, researchers and academics attended live sessions and about 500 people indirectly from the college's Facebook.

This webinar was for everyone, a link was given for the participating participants, filling in that name with their name, address, mobile number, email ID, etc. All the participants involved will be given certificates through email which will prove useful for them in future. In this, the keynote speaker in the webinar is Professor RB Bhagat, The Department of Migration and Urban Education was from the International Institute of Population Sciences, Mumbai. He has beautified the position of consultant in many international institutes like UNESCO UNICEF etc. He has published many important research papers / journals, books and reports, nationally and internationally.

First of all, the organizer of the webinar, Vidya Yadav introduced everyone, then the principal of the college and Dr. Umesh Kumar, who is presiding over this seminar, discussed in detail the reason why such a bevinar is needed in today's environment. He also praised the organizer of the Department of Geography, Vidya Yadav, and Coordinator Nidhi Sinha, for the successful conduct of this webinar.
Professor Bhagat made his address where there has been a huge migration from Bihar since 1990 as a worker of people belonging to extremely backward classes, scheduled castes and tribes, besides the education of the children of common people. But in the era of this epidemic, a huge amount of reverse migration happened, so far about 20 lakh people have come back to Bihar and there is a possibility of coming forward.

These migrants who are coming back are taking new skills / technology with them, if they can be employed in different jobs in the right way, then they will not have to go to the city / other state again and if they had to go then this people Should have their own desire and not their helplessness. However, in this context, a study done by Vidya Yadav has revealed that only 80% of the returned people want to go back to their workplace. Therefore, this time is also crucial for the state that by employing these skilled migrants in their work, they can stop them in the state and take advantage of the development of the state.
