(KHABRE TV - 9523505786) - In-charge of Public Information Cell has been directed to provide timely due information as required under the provisions of the Act in all applications received under the Right to Information Act. If a penalty has been imposed against a public information officer by the State Information Commission, then it was directed to ensure prompt action for recovery of the penalty.
All promises related to the Lokayukta were directed to ensure the required action within the stipulated time frame.
The officer-in-charge of Sainik Welfare Koshang was directed to ensure the requisite benefits to the concerned as per various schemes / provisions operated by the Sainik Welfare Directorate. If any previous case related to military welfare is pending, then it will be asked to ensure immediate action as per the provision.


The officer-in-charge of Human Rights Cell was instructed to send necessary reports immediately after ensuring necessary action in all pending cases.
The in-charge of RTPS and e-Governance Cell was directed to ensure the execution of all cases within the stipulated time frame. It was directed to impose penalties under the provisions of the RTPS Act against the officials who did not execute the applications within the stipulated time. For e-governance, special emphasis was given to give special emphasis on innovation and implementation of public utility activities.
The officer-in-charge of the archives was directed to ensure the availability of the desired records to the applicant on the specified date. Under no circumstances were asked to ensure that there is no unnecessary delay.
The officer-in-charge of Urdu and Haj Koshang was directed to ensure that all the programs implemented by the directorate are organized regularly at the scheduled time.
The in-charge of the auction letter branch was directed to issue notice on all the promises and to ensure other forward-looking action for handling of the promises.
The officers in charge of various branches / treasuries including Deputy Development Commissioner were present in the meeting.
